Hi, everyone. I'm writing this before I slumber, and I am hungry. That's really saying something, incidently. It means I have not pigged out this evening. I feel better already for having eaten well on Wednesday.

Oh, this one really hit home. Howie and I both are all too familiar with the feelings of being outcasts because of our weight. Thank God, we love each other just the way we are -- But also too much to let ourselves stay overweight and unhealthy.
