Help!
My iris are in bloom and there are tiny green insects on them--looks like they have wings too. Are these perhaps aphids? How do I get rid of them since I plan on adding to the bed with Siberians and more German Iris? Any suggestions would be appreciated--I am not wise to the world of bugs!

Iris/tiny green bugs
Yep, sounds like aphids. A good strong stream of water will usually dislodge them where they fall to the ground and get eaten by good bugs.
