I need to access desktop from DOS

I hope someone can help me. I can only get into DOS because of that Klez virus. Right before everything shut down I downloaded the fix file from Norton. It's on the desktop. It's possible that even now, it can fix things if I can just find out how to get to it. Running Win98, can anyone tell me what the path would be?? please???
