They have given me a hard disc to get information from, so how the hell can i open it so i can see the information, cant ring work as its closed until monday and it needs to be done by then.

I am no expert by any means but I did install a secondary hard drive and it just attached to the lead the primary hardrive is connected to - Open up your PC have a look at the lead your hardrive is on and if there is another connecter just connect, if there is no lead you may have to buy one or go back to work empty handed
I would also go into computers forum and ask for their help
