help I have lost my cdrom

Installed a game for my ds and the computer locked up and I rebooted and could not get the game out so I went to my computer to click on eject and my cdrom and burner are not there so I went to device manager and they are not there so I rebooted and they are still not there..
I can't get the door open on the cdrom but the burner will open..

help me please.

I have a pentium II and windows 98 SE.
