1 # lean ground beef
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
2 toes garlic, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 cup raw rice
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup onion soup
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
Saute vegetables until just tender, take off fire. Transfer veggies in a large oven proof dish or a dutch oven pot. Combine all ingredients. Cover with foil(or lid) & bake at 350* for 1&1/2 hours. Remove cover, sprinkle with some chopped parsley and green onions and let the dish brown up, being careful not to burn parsley and gr. onions.
