Today in HiBo.. They are the largest katsura in Finland, very big and full of seedpods every year ;)

I love the new leaves on these trees, particularly with the light behind so you can see right through them.
Every year mine get frosted just as they're unfurling. This year though i have very few black tips, the best it's ever been. The tree's still young and quite small yet though - not a seedpod in sight.

:) I like the leaves when they fall off. They have a nice scent. There is 2 or 3 big katsuras in the place and what a great scent when you walk near them ;)
