mail order doesnt always work

hi all

I received these on Monday and immediately phoned Mr Fothergill's. They said they were mailed first class either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. I dont agree as I've had plants en route for up to 2 weeks that arrive looking better than these.

I suppose it's the chance we take when ordering plants this way. Fothergill's say they will replave the plants asap.
