Anybody have the recipe for those lightweight pots??

Thought I had it, but can't find the recipe for those lightweight pots to make . It's something like cement, peat & Perlite or Vermiculite, but don't know the proportions. I think this will be my next project - have been wanting to try it for 2 years, now can't find the recipe. Thanks
