Zinnias seedlings

I planted a lot of zinnia seeds. They should have already been transplanted but haven't been. They already have brown spots all over them. Is there any need to plant them now? I fear they are lost. Is there anything I can do to save them? Am I wasting my time planting them now?

Brown spots.. they should not be water on the leaves.. Water on the bottom... I have been growing zinnias for several years.. Yes you can plant them now. When plant in ground.. make sure dont water on leaves or they will be burn.
