Pizza Meatballs

Pizza Meatballs

2lbs ground beef
2c seasoned bread crumbs
1c milk
1/4c dried minced onion
2tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp pepper
block of mozarella

Combine above ingredient except the mozarella cheese. Shape into 48 (+ or -) meatballs. Cut an 8oz block of mozarella cheese into as many small squares as meatballs. Push a square of cheese into each meatball, covering it completely with meat. Roll lightly in 1/3c flour. In a large skillet, cook meatballs in a 1/4c cooking oil until browned. Drain. Add a very large jar of spaghetti sauce to the skillet and bring the meatballs and sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Electric fry pan or crock pot works well.
