Thank you to everyone who wrote to help me through the death of Dusty. I still miss my cat terribly, but the pain is subsiding. After the winter I've had and a week of hearing phantom meows around the house, I decided a change was in order. My husband and have adopted a puppy. She's only 9 weeks old and needs all the attention of a human baby. She's a great distraction and hopefully will become a good seeing eye dog for my other dog, Ginger. Eventually a cat in need of a good home will find me and I'll save a space for it. Until then, everyone please welcome, Chiana.
