Well, we did it. We stuck to our calories Monday. For lunch, I thawed and heated some low-fat chicken stew I'd made last week. We ordered a small pizza and two salads for dinner. And I drank my water, by golly. :-D

I'm promising you all that I'm getting out and walking the dogs today. They sure need it, and I know I do! Hold me to it, even if I go walking at 10pm, I am going to get out there and JUST DO IT!
