I guess I should have put this on this forum.
Can you tell me how to use this pressure cooker? The "arm" has numbers 1 to 7. I assume that is the pressure control, but how do you compare that to "5" "10" and "15" lbs. on a reg. pressure cooker? This lid fits down inside the cooker and the black knob tightens it up. I don't have a book.
