missing dll file

When I booted up the last 2 times I received this message..
"a required .dll file XMLPARSE.DLL was not found". It seems to be working Ok.. SO FAR.. what does that mean & what problems can it cause.. what can I do short of starting over? I sure hope that isn't the answer :(
Can anyone help?
