This guy spent most of Friday in my shed or on the back patio. Hope he doesn't deceide to set up housekeeping there as the dogs have to cross the patio in order to get to their run. Not a very good picture,but if he's close again I'll try for better.
I love the bobwhite quail. We raised them to release one year. We ended up with 12 pairs to release.
I saw my first quail (in the wild) last year in Bend, Oregon. It was a California Quail. What a cool bird!
