this is the first post I've seen for this orchid and I think they are the most beautiful of all the orchids in my books! Are they difficult for even experienced orchid growers? How difficult are they compared to the others mentioned freq. on this forum?

i think Evert took photo of that in a botanical garden. maybe Evert will show up and explain.

I grew this one years ago. Easy to grow but it was tricky for me to get it to flower. It did so twice then it died shortly after I repotted it. It is certainly not as easy as Phalaenopsis, Paphiopedilums or the Oncidium alliance, at least not for me.
