Huge Satellite Dishes - Any other uses for them?

This one stands 10 to 12 ft. tall, and was here when we bought the house. Could not get it to work, so we got one of the new smaller disks. I have been wondering if we could take the dish, turn it around and put it back on the pole - it would look like a huge mesh umbrella. Could use it like an orchid house in summer or as a gazebo..

I have sometimes thought it could serve as a round pond form if covered with plastic. Would like to hear if anybody tried to do something with them.
