Hi! We are looking into buying an old "hobby" farmhouse and barns. The house is good structurly but needs a kitchen and septic($$$). Does anyone know of any grants or programs? We are not in the "low income" level but we can not afford the 125,000 they are asking (appraised at 50,000!)Any info would be appreciated!
