Two weeks ago I bought a brush cherry at a local home and garden show (from local bonsai society). I have kept it moist but not wet and misted it daily -- except for two days when on a plant buying trip. (Forgot to leave instructions with sitter.) When returned from trip soil was not completely dry but very little moisture. The leaves felt a little crispy though completely green. Today the leaves all fell off. Was this because of the change in moisture for two days? All of the limbs look fine. Any suggestions for care of this tree? Thanks
Brush cherry
give him a foot-bath for 1/2 hour and give new water only when it starts to dry.
