THANKS, but do youknow if you can grow them in pots

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

yes you can.

I have two different ones growing in my greenhouse.....they are about 10-15 ft tall and blooms off and on. I believe I have them potted in 5 gallon pots and growing up fishing string.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I've got 2 growing in pots in the house.

Is it best to go to a big pot straight off---since it's be in a pot its whole life---or should I move up one size at a time? And how much cutting back can it tolerate? Being without a greenhouse, I need to keep it within some bounds. And boy is it growing fast!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

MsBatt,

I can honestly say I know nothing about this plant, but if you cut it back, would you root one for me? I'd love to get a start of this plant. Still have my fingers crossed on your TB. Edited here. Thunbergia Battiscombei. Didn't want you all to think Judith was ill. :-)
