My wife recently bought me something called a Drill Doctor.
It has a shaft that fits into your drill chuck. It sharpens your drill bits. It works something like a pencil sharpener. Yesterday I sharpened about $50 of bits in a half hour. The unit costs about $30 its paid for itself already.
