The other day as I was driving I noticed a couple of used store freezers for sale; the kind with wire shelves and doors that open out. I don't even know if they actually work. I thought... hey these things would make a nice germination chamber...just put a heating element in the bottom with a thermostat and wa la... the mother of all germination chambers.
Just wondering; have any of you done something like this?
Have you used old refridgerators, fruit dehydrators,ect.
Right now Im using heat cables in a long shallow rectangular box with sand covering the cable. But some day would like to increase capacity.
