Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)

This is something that can really effect your life. I have had it for about 40 years that I can remember. At first I had no idea what it was and I would get shaky and hungry and just wanted to eat everything I could find. When I learned what it was and how to manage it things got easier. This morning I did a google search and found a lot of information about it but didn't have time to read any of it. Kim, could you look at that and hyperlink some things in here about it, I think it would be helpful for a lot of people, especially those who are trying to loose weight.
