Gee, here it is almost noon and no one posted ..Well I will....Got the Nordic track-ski machine out of hiding...full of dust...and all....Brushed it off and away I go...did only 3 min.s one time and another 1 1/2 min. another...Lost 5 lbs. as of today....been on the program 6 days...feel much better. even just that much..Does anyone have the rice diet recipe??...Have been eating congee, for one meal..Just wondering if I am doing it right....Please post if you have it.....Thanks and stay tuned...we can do this....Wantabe "THIN"
