Today I joined a local swim club, they have an inside track too. I am really looking forward to ,will start on Monday. 10 visits for twenty three dollars. They give you a punch card. If I like it, they have fifty visits for sixty dollars I thought that was pretty good. I walked in the mall again tonight. I really dont think this weight will come off without some kind of exercise.
What are you all doing? Any good exercise tapes? walkers?
By spring we are all going to look and feel GREAT!!!!!
