Good morning!

Can you believe this is the last day of the year?
and what a year it has been !!!

I gained about 30 lbs in 2001 when I quit smoking for 8 weeks, what an accomplishment that was. This year I hope to lose those 30 lbs, plus 10 to 20 that I was carrying around before I quit smoking.

I also hope to quit smoking this year.

I know that with the support I'll be getting here I will be successfull
