This would include any foods low-fat..low-cal..no sugar..and whatever you all think would be helpful.
a couple of my favorites are,
Kraft fat free singles, American cheese slices. One slice has 30cal, 0 fat. It melts, tastes really good I use for everything from grilled cheese sandwiches to Omelets.
Boca burgers, They are soy burgers and 100 cal. There are quite a few different kinds and they are all pretty good.
Kroger baked pretzel sticks. 52 sticks are 120 cal and 0 fat . They help when you need some crunch. Good too.
