What I have to trade

Saint Louis, MO(Zone 5b)

There seems to be some confusion as to what I have to trade. These are the plants I have to trade:

'Scarlett O'Hara' morning glory
Ipomoea nil 'Scarlett O'Hara' (I. Imperialis)
To see a photo of this plant, go to:

Butterfly Weed
Asclepias tuberosa

I DO NOT have for trade:
Honeyvine Milkweed Ampelamus albidus
In Missouri, it is an INVASIVE WEED! I try to destroy this plant as fast as it pops up.
To see a photo of this plant, go to:

There are other invasive plant photos there as well.

It is amazing the number of different varieties of plants you can come up with when you do a search for morning glory using search engines. It is very true that common names in different parts of the country mean different plants.

I hope this clears up the confusion. I have added these links to my have list as well.

Thanks,
Sharon

The terms bindweed and milkweed will also yield a large variety of different plants when using a search engine.

I just completed adding an entry to the plant database about the honevine milkweed.

Shawnee Mission, KS(Zone 5b)

I have Lobelia cardinalis that I would love to trade for your 'Scarlett O'Hara' Morning Glory.
