Wow, now the federal gov't is getting involved with Microsoft's bad security record. From my viewpoint, it looks like the FBI is starting to get really concerned about the incredible vulnerabilities that all Windows users have, thanks to Microsoft. This looks like the first of many steps for the FBI and Pentagon regarding Microsoft's poor security.
