Identify this insect in house

Glasgow, United Kingdom

I've been getting these tiny bugs in my bread proofing baskets. I have also found them in pantry food cardboard boxes and books. I think they might be weevils or booklice but not sure. They are about 2mm in side photo has been enlarged x200

This appears to be a booklouse in the family Liposcelidae; they usually are not serious pests but can be nuisances when they get into stored dry food products. For more information, see https://phc.amedd.army.mil/PHC%20Resource%20Library/FS_18-060-0517_StoredProductPestsBooklice.pdf.
