There are a few yellow Phlomis species and lots of cultivars. I only have seen Phlomis fruticosa

But I know there is another yellow one so similar. Phlomis russeliana but the leaves on this one are sticky.

I googled phlomis in Australia and this yellow 1 came up, Phlomis longifolia
