I am seeking help as to why my Angels Wing begonias are dropping leaves? They are kept moist, but not wet, and are in filtered light. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I googled it and got this answer which is the reason I suspected. You can be watering the same all summer but in fall the plants start to go into sleep mode for winter and will drink less water leaving more in the soil leaving it too wet for too long.

"The most likely reason for an angel wing begonia losing its leaves is overwatering. Less often, leaf drop can occur due to issues with humidity, light, repotting or simple old age. Checking off your plant against the list below and looking for other symptoms should help you diagnose it."
