#1 maybe Eriogonum grande var. rubescens, red flowered or Rosy Buckwheat.
#2 maybe Cleome arboreum

The 1st one looks like an Eriogonum, a buckwhest. There are so many. The only one that color that I know is Eriogonum grande var. rubescens but I bet there are a lot more..

2nd one is Bladderpod due to its prominent bladder shaped pods. Cleomella arborea or Peritoma arborea
