Wonder why are the flowers not fragrant?
I have found about Chocolate cosmos that the vast majority of plants produce only unscented flowers. But "Chocamocha" is a variety that is known for its fragrance with compact foliage and long flower stalks, and it smells! Treat the tubers like dahlias.
