What a gorgeous rove beetle (family Staphylinidae)! It looks like something in the genus Xenopygus - see https://panama.inaturalist.org/taxa/302050-Xenopygus-analis for an example.

“The Colombian fauna of Staphylinidae, as presented here, includes 796 named species and 230 genera known to occur in the country, plus another 121 named species and up to428 additional genera that might be expected to occur there. However, based on our knowledge of undescribed species seen in collections, percentage of new species added in recent revisions, and other considerations, we estimate that the actual staphylinid fauna of Colombia is about 5,000species.”
