could someone identify this spider

Opa Locka, FL

I found in my bed, and I have seen a few in my house, hanging using a web thread.

It;s a cobweb/comb-footed spider (family Theridiidae). This is the family to which the black, brown, and red widow spiders belong, but it does not appear to be any of those. The image is not clear enough for me to be confident of a positive identification, but I believe it is most likely in the genus Steatoda, which includes some species known as 'false widow' spiders. These are not dangerous to humans, but some can deliver a painful bite (personal experience).
