Peculiar long antennae insect

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

Last evening, I noticed this tiny creature in the garden when light had faded. I could get a couple of reasonable shots on the phone.
Wonder if it is some leafhopper.

It's a nymph of a planthopper (superfamily Fulgoroidea); likely in the family Eurybrachidae - see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:(Nymph_of_Eurybrachidae)Planthopper_Nymph._(31454212801).jpg for an image. The long structures are waxy filaments at the end of its abdomen and not antennae.

Yes yes. Thanks Flap. I get confused between planthopper and leafhopper.
