What Kind of Spider Does this?

Lake Nacimiento, CA

I'd love help identifying this spider. They are all over my building.

Do you have any images of the spiders themselves? Any idea as to their approximate size? Also, what is your geographic area? You may have two different types of spider at work there.

Unfortunately the spider is very elusive. I haven’t been able to get a photo of it. I’m in Paso Robles, California.

I’ll try to update this thread with a photo of the culprit spider eventually

But I imagine the spider is probably about a quarter to a half a centimeter in size

The webs on the white wall look somewhat like those of spiders in the family Oecobiidae (disc web/wall spiders). These are quite small; body length (without legs) ~ 3 to 4 mm and look somewhat like this image: https://www.flickr.com/photos/apjferreira7180/27537892603/
The other webs could be the work of a funnel weaver (Agelenidae) or tube web (Segestriidae) spider.
