Hi Dave,
I have read many of your articles but never made contact. I have purchased a Cereus forbesii spiralis of approx 2.6" dia and 16-17" tall. I live near Cave Creek with temps a bit more moderate than lets say on the 101 in Scottsdale. I purchased this from a small nursery and have had it about 5-6 weeks. Been covering with 40 shade cloth and watering as he did, a small amount every day or every other day. Will this cactus do well in morning sun, what should I feed, bring in during winter? Is it considered "immature"?
I also have a Cereus forbesii super spiralis on the way. The arms are a more concentric and looks to be tapered from the column outwards. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Paul
