I have a 20 foot long, narrow (single plant) row of lettuce. Ten feet of it is filled with small plants from a nursery, about 5 or 6 inches tall and well leafed out. The other ten feet was filled with 1/2 inch sprouts from seeds that I had scattered there. Overnight ALL of the sprouts disappeared, but the larger plants weren't touched. Large bug? Baby bunny??? It might be relevant that this row is right next to the lawn along the edge of the garden?
TIA
LAS
What critter might have eaten all my little lettuce sprouts?
