Looks to me like another tachinid. As I believe I've mentioned before, one key character that will separate tachinids from similar-appearing flies in other families is the presence of a prominent post-scutellum. Unfortunately, this is best seen in a lateral view; it usually cannot be seen in a dorsal view such as in your image.
