This is a nymph of a four-lined plant bug (Poecilocapsus lineatus) in the family Miridae; see https://pbase.com/tmurray74/image/78909832 for an image. Also awaiting the hatching of Praying Mantids in my garden. I found a nest/egg sack about 12 inches above ground on my clematis. I wish they could hatch before all these pests started to!
