Hi! I planted the same variety tulips in a round bed at our church. The front of the bed is all in bloom but the back of the bed is not blooming. I estimate about 1 week behind. All are planted at the same depth. Could it be the amount of sun that hits each section of the bed and the time of day (morning sun versus afternoon sun) that is affecting bloom time? I also planted later in the season to keep the critters from munching. Could that have made the bloom timing worse?
