Anthurium Esmeraldense

An endemic plant of Ecuador with large elongated velvety leaves of dark green color and a reddish-green reverse. The plant can grow up to 3 feet and tolerates shady positions better than other varieties.

Anthurium schlechtendalii, also known as pheasant's tail or cola de fasian in Spanish, is a broad-leafed plant used for multiple medicinal purposes, including muscle and joint sprains, back pain, arthritis and rheumatism.
