Is this a Hanonechloa?

I was thinking it was a sedge. Like Carex oschimensis 'Evercolor'. https://www.fallerlandscape.com/Plant-Name/Carex-oschimensis-Evercolor-Everlime-Everlime-Carex
I do not know the differences between a sedge and an hakone grass. It seems it could be an Hakonechloa to my limited knowledge. I love all these ornamental grasses!
