It's rather a weed growing by the road side. The leaves are hairy underneath and like sand paper especially when dried. The stem and branches have tiny spines. Flowers are violet to pale blue ; resembles like eggplant flowers. Thanks for any tips and help.
Trichodesma? Trichodesma indicum?
Oh yes ; thanks Suse it is a Trichodesma. But i'll go for zeylanicum. They do grow like weeds indeed. But it is a very useful plant in the tropics. Someone told me it was a medicinal plant and at that moment i thought it was rather a joke, but i was wrong. Thanks a lot, fondly timrann.
