SOLVED: help for a plant to id

Other, Mauritius

today was a surprise for this plant as i saved it couple of weeks ago, thinking it was a syngonium. The flower is dark purple and it's rather like an anthurium or is it a syngonium or what else !!! thanks for any help.
Leaves are heart shape.

Perhaps a black arum such as a variety of A. palaestinum, also called black calla lily. It looks like it's struggling.

the leaves seem different. The flower comes from the ground rather than a petiole; here is top view of leaves. Leaves are green with raindrops on them.

I am fairly certain this is an arum. Just don't know which one. There are many species plus hybrids. The leaf morphology is typical. Look at a variety of A. palaestinum and A. Pictum photos as examples.
