All plants were purchased from same vendor but in different years. Everything was planted in early spring. The healthy, upright, full plant is what the plant is supposed to look like. It was planted in 2018. The other plant is prostate and has failed to thrive. It was planted in 2019. The two plants are planted next to one another. All plants purchased in 2018 are healthy. All plants in 2019 failed to thrive. Just a bad batch?? Thank you for any insight.
