November here already, 72° cloudy this morning, high to mid 80's and low tonight 59° a 60-80% chance of rain, front coming down. Moon was beautiful last night.
November Weather chat 2020....Fall back, winter forward.
Suns out bright. Saw the full moon in thwest this morning. Yesterday when we drove to market, the moon was so bright you could the whole countryside.
We will have a nice week, many days in the 60's.
Happy November!
Visited The Black Bear Diner for supper tonite ( in The Woodlands, Tx) reminds me of the Mn diners I loved. Chicken pot pie was all I could ask for. That Blue Moon was bright here as well. Since I was seasoning that new cast iron griddle I had the doors open awhile and the sun was perfect. I believe the high was 72* and it felt so good. Yes our a/c is back on today, these guys like it at 68* and colder.
Nice when the full moon nights are clear. The Bear diner looks cool, too many chain restaurants in Florida.
Last two morning upper 50's and up to mid 70's, been very pleasant, windy on Monday as a reinforcement cool front came down. Warming back up today to 79F, by Friday back to the muggy weather again, but for now the AC is off.
Moon over my house Monday night.
72 degrees here today after a few freezes
82º Sunny, beautiful Indian Summer day.
On our way back up to the 80's, but high today 78* lo of 56* tonight, 48*humidity- that low low south sun makes it feel colder but the warmth is a good gentle heat. Just watering a few things and moving stuff around in the garden.
We're heading back into the 80's too here. Yesterday was super breezy, even a bit windy from the storm 'Eta' out there. A bit of off and on showers today, more muggy. Been pretty dry, so rain is needed.
80 degrees and sunny here today , Got hot , Beautiful evening though ,
Beautiful sunny mild day and I pretty much stayed indoors today. Had a tiny bit of rain? 1/16" on Mon morn and 1/8" on Tues morn. Leaves are falling from the trees at an accelerated rate now.
Rain, lots and lots of rain, tropical storm Eta has hung around, gone over and down and up and now across FL, crazy storm. Windy and rain today, rained heavy Monday, Tuesday, just windy most yesterday but rained heavy last evening and all night, should clear up by tomorrow, hopefully, miss the sun.
We are getting a variety of weather.
Monday I went to Mankato to a doctor appointment. I left home it was 60º. Mankato is a 35 mile drive to the east from where I live. Down the road about 3 miles, temp dropped to 45º, then kept going down to 39º. About 25 miles down the road, temp started going up. After the doctor, car thermometer was at 66º. When I drove it kept getting lower, 38º at home.
Tuesday it started to snow in the morning. Ice & snow at first. We got 3". Cleared Tuesday night. Wednesday temp went to 37º & sunny most of the day. Lost some snow, but not enough. Today cloudy, 26º, more snow on the way.
Middle of next week forecast is mid 50's.
It was a cold front coming in from the NW that caused the temp changes. I was driving through it.
It's winter here, so---.
Been sitting here watching the birds at the feeders. About 5 different kinds. It's been snowing since 10AM or so. Forecast for a dusting. 3" of dust so far.
Pictures I took out of my office window. Our cat is keeping an eye on the birds. There is a Blue Jay sitting on the tree branch, just below the top feeder. You need to look close
45 degrees falling during the day 25 for tonight sunny now
CG looks cold up north
Sun neighbors have a kitty like yours the fur ,
73* with 73% humidity, no breeze, felt heavy- is finally starting to look like Autumn, leaves falling like raindrops, had just enough of a drizzle today to dampen the boardwalk, rain expected tomorro I hear. Those temp waves are wierd to feel when they come thru like that, but we get rainshowers in the Summer that drop the temps as they pass, then bounce back up with the suns reemergence
15% humidity. Haven't seen that in a LONG time. 74* today, lo's abt 44* at night. These winds feel like the Fall Santa Ana's. The trees are well on their way to winter bare now.
Pretty sunrise photos.
56F at dawn, sunny, up to low 70's today, calm. Good day to work in the garden.
I may be getting sick, it was a beautiful day, and I was cold all day. Did get one small burnpile of branches burned though, and one side of the yard raked free of pine needles, but my arm is killing me, so didn't do much else. Lo tonite should be 59*.
Wonderful day low 50's .
Happy Thanksgiving all
Sun A Happy Hibiscus or more
Humid, light drizzles hitting the tin roofed porch, more coals burning slow. This is a view of where the deer come thru the backyard. The little buck with a shot in his haunch passing thru slowly. We have hit our high temp of 75* today, 80% humidity, chuckl, occasionally jumping to 100%. Tomorro the high should be 63* and falling each day a little more until Monday sees 52*.

36º & sunny today.
Might go out in the hoophouse & clean up in there.
50º today & the sun is shining.
Off to the new house job to measure for the cabinets.
We hit 84F today, but it wasn't real hot. Tomorrow a tad cooler and maybe some light rain, Front coming Monday, that'll be our next rain maker.
Neat having deer come through the yard. I saw a family of rats while cleaning my workbench area and turned over some huge pots.
Rcvd 2.75 " tween All day drizzles Fri/Sat. Sunny clear and bright with stiff breezes today. Temp raising from 43* to 51* so far, but 30* is still forecast for tonite, I am ready. Only have an item or 2 that will freeze back and I allow it. Time to get roots trimmed and repotting done.
Well geez, it is December, time for a new thread.
